With over 40 years of invaluable experience, Fred W. Stewart, our Executive Director, has successfully delivered multi-million rand infrastructure projects across Southern Africa and internationally. His expertise spans construction management, infrastructure delivery, project governance, and EPC contract administration, ensuring every project meets the highest standards. Mr. Stewart has extensive geographic experience in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Dubai, Mauritius, and the DRC.
Introducing Juan Gossmann
Juan Gossmann, our Executive Director, brings over 40 years of expertise in project origination, land acquisition, and emerging market development. He has worked extensively with international funders and bankers, specializing in structured financing and contract law. His key strengths include project origination, land acquisition, regulatory navigation, and finance and banking negotiations. Mr. Gossmann's geographic experience covers South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, the DRC, Ghana, and Mauritius.
